Kristal was born and raised in Idaho. She married her high school sweetheart and they have four beautiful children together. She is a busy mom chasing her children all around. From dance competitions to basketball tournaments and all the things in between. Kristal has 15+ years of experience in the dental field. She brings clinical, administrative and management skills to our office. Kristal is passionate about dentistry and enjoys the high fives and big smiles that come along with pediatric dentistry.
Q: What is your favorite hobby or pastime?
A: I love to travel! International travel is my favorite. I enjoy exploring new cultures and hanging at the beach.
Q: What is your favorite season?
A: I am a summer girl all the way. My family enjoys boating, camping, biking, summer concerts and all things warm!
Q: What is your biggest fear?
A: Ostriches. When I was 5 years old my parents took me to a petting zoo and I was attacked by an ostrich who was after my giant hair bow.
Deleah was born in Boise, Idaho and was raised throughout the Treasure Valley. She graduated from Caldwell High School. She comes from a blended family with multiple siblings. In her spare time she and her husband enjoy escaping into nature. They enjoy taking their kids camping, four-wheeling and exploring the outdoors. She has a passion for children and loves working in the pediatric field.
Q: What was the first concert you attended?
A: I saw Maroon 5 in 2003. I remember being instantly hooked by “She Will Be Loved”, like all teenage girls at that time.
Q: What is an ability you wish you had?
A: The ability to speak all languages. This would help you communicate and it would make traveling easier.
Q: What is your favorite movie/book?
A: Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman " Always throw spilled salt over your left shoulder, keep rosemary by your garden gate, plant lavender for luck and fall in love whenever you can. "
Madyson was born and raised in Northern Nevada. She moved to Boise in 2016 and hopes to raise a family here someday. For now, she enjoys all that Idaho has to offer with her boyfriend and their mini labradoodle. She began working for Sprout in 2021 as a Front Office Coordinator and has loved the way her role has changed and evolved over time. Madyson loves concerts, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Q: What do you like most about Sprout?
A: I love that as an office we are so focused on learning and growing. We are always encouraged to voice opinions and new ideas to help us all be successful, meet goals, and improve wherever possible.
Q: Best vacation you’ve been on?
A: So far, the best vacation I’ve been on was a 19 day trip through Europe. We visited Amsterdam, Krakow, Positano, Venice, Rome, Interlaken, and Paris. It was truly the trip of a lifetime.
Q: What is the most important thing you have learned in the last 5 years?
A: You become most like those you surround yourself with
Sarah was born and raised in Seattle Washington. She moved to Boise in 2015 to continue her education. She graduated from Dental Assisting school in 2017 and began her dental career in general dentistry. Sarah found her passion in dentistry is caring for children and made the career change to pediatrics. Sarah has been with Sprout Pediatric Dentistry since our doors opened. Sarah is married and they have one beautiful daughter together.
Q: What types of hobbies/interests do I enjoy outside of work?
A: During the summer, my husband and I enjoy going camping and spending time outside.
Q: What do you enjoy on your days off?
A: I enjoy teaching and watching my daughter learn new things as she grows up.
Q: What is an ability/superpower you wish you had?
A: I wish I could teleport everywhere to make traveling easier, more fun, and less expensive.
Yvette grew up here in Idaho with three younger brothers. She loves country concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends. Yvette graduated with expanded functions as a Dental Assistant. She originally started her education in early childhood development allowing her to utilize her skills with pediatric patients.
Q: What do you like the most about your job?
A: All the amazing kids I get to work with. It’s so much fun, I love that no single day at work is the same. It’s great connecting with all of the kiddos and making their visits easy, and fun!
Q: What makes you grow?
A: Going out of my comfort zone, willingness to learn new things, making mistakes and learning from them.
Q: What makes you smile/ the happiest?
A: Dancing in the kitchen, the car wash and Target!!!
Shayna moved to Idaho from Seattle in 2021 with her sister and family. She’s been a Certified Dental Assistant for 6+ years. She found her love for pediatric dentistry 4 years ago and loves it. She has a passion for her career and is proud to be a part of the Sprout Squad! Shayna enjoys hiking, being outdoors and spending time with family.
Q: What is one unique thing people may not know about you?
A: I moved to Idaho without ever visiting the area before.

A: Pasta!
Falen grew up in Wells Nevada. She moved to Boise in 2022 to start her career in the dental field. Falen was raised on a ranch and grew up in the rodeo world. Falen is known for her great leadership skills as she was class president her senior year of high school. Falen has a fun and energetic personality that children are drawn to. We couldn't be happier to have her on our team!

A: Softball! Falen won the state championship her senior year!

A: Riding horses, fishing, paddleboarding, spending time with family.
Esme grew up in Nampa Idaho. She is a proud mom of two boys, Noah and Ozian. The mountains are her favorite place. She enjoys all things outdoors but most of all camping and hiking. Esme loves to travel and visit new places.

A: Baseball

A: Camping, hiking, and being out in the field watching my son play baseball

A: Water
Madi grew up in Horseshoe Bend Idaho. She is married and has a 6 year old son named Easton. She has been in the dental field for five years with four of those years being in pediatrics. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, and photographing. She is happiest when she is spending time with her family.

A: DIY projects, riding horses and paddleboarding
